I have no idea.  What's really fucked up is it appears that the  
personages responsible are pro-turkish nationalist:

They go on to diss Armenians as well:

Diaspora and attempt to make the world believe in the existence of  
such an event by inducing several parliaments to adopt resolutions and  
laws which recognise it.

This page just appeared on culturevirus.org on October 10th and I only  
discovered it today.
I really have no clue who put it there, or even how they discovered  
the site in the first place.  I have made very few efforts to  
publicize the experiment.
