[H&R] A modest proposal from PDL

Indeed, What is the world coming too when any artist can perpetrate
this outrage on the public sense of what art is. This is quite
dangerous if we get the public THINKING about art. Where will we be?
I am shocked...shocked...I tell you. Contemporary Artists like PDL are
trying to make art in the sculpture park is really beyond the pale.
