It's a delicate situation.  The fear and anger from the Muslim world
towards the West is based on their oppression by not only international
corporations and western governments, but by their own leaders deceit.  To
know and be familiar with a person makes that person less frightening,
especially when one realizes that we are all just people, with similar
fears and desires.  This is well known by dictator type governments, which
is why they take such efforts to "shelter" their populace against western
ideas.  The UK's move to create libraries in these "hotbeds of terrorism"
will be met with a great deal of resistance.  However, it's a step toward
the right direction.  Bombing the shit out of them obviously isn't
working.
