Monktail Creative Music Concern proudly presents two seminal bands for your
listening and drinking pleasure.


Deal's # and Special Ops.


Deal's # is a trio and the premier Monktail Band in Seattle, featuring Bill
Monto on Saxophones, John Seman on Double Bass and Mark Ostrowski on
Percussion. Expect intense improvisation, original music and songs by the
likes of Charles Mingus, Eric Dolphy, John Coltrane, Thelonius Monk, Duke
Ellington.


Special Ops is guitar-based trio, featuring Stephen Parris on Guitar, John
Seman on Double Bass and Mark Ostrowski on Percussion.


The Mars Bar is located at 609 Eastlake Ave E. It's the corner of Eastlake
and Mercer in  Seattle - several blocks North of REI.
Doors open at 8:00 p.m. $6.
