Storytelling with Multimedia Tools: Using Text, Sound, and Imagery to create a compelling narrative experience through real-time performance
Noon – 1 PM $free
PONCHO Concert Hall, Cornish College of the Arts
710 East Roy St.

Trey Gunn, who recorded seventeen albums with the well-known, adventurous rock band King Crimson, and multi-dimensional musician Joe Mendelson formed Quodia in an effort to engage viewers’ imaginations in an active performance experience. Using video projection and live instruments, including a 10 string touch guitar, keyboards and electronic percussion, Quodia creates an immersive experience that is part film, part theater and part concert.

“Quodia is an advanced step in the tradition that unites Literature and Music. Channeling both Brian Eno and Jack Kerouac, they unfold an elegant spectacle, telling histories with surprise, mystery, fear, and salvation. Quodia is a loaded weapon of the future.” - Toma Review / Santiago, Chile
