[H&R] Vroom Journal Joins HRAC

As publisher of http://vroomjournal.com , I am pleased to place the 
resources of both The Vroom Journal and Art Radio Seattle in service to 
The Harvard and Roy Arts Council. HRAC is going to become a valuable 
tool for all artists, performing and visual, to communicate information 
across the community. In the coming days, we are going to start 
encouraging artists in the community to join our effort in getting the 
message across that the Arts are alive in Seattle and elsewhere. You 
can help by encouraging your friends to subscribe to the list. Until
