The Harvard & Roy Arts Council is a quasi-fictitious organization dedicated to supporting the art and artists associated with the Harvard-Belmont Historic District of Seattle, Washington. The Council is chaired by the H&R "Board of Directors" and is an active participatory form of art criticism, and advocacy at the same time.
